i have a lvl 20 wa/mo

yesterday i completed all 3 missions required for the ASCENSION. And then i beat my DUPLICATE self 1ST try and recieved 50000 XP.

I even saw the scene where IT SAID i was ASCENDED

PROBLEM - Even tho is said i was ASCENDED i cant find/GET in the ASCENSION so i CANT get access to the new areas/2nd PROFESSION CHANGE

Guru seems like its a xperienced group of GW players, so if anyone who understands my problem please give any advice

Alright, I'm going to assume you only have Prophecies.

After Ascension you should be at the Dragon's Lair mission - after completion of this mission, you will appear in Droknar's Forge. Find an NPC named Vanyi, who will give you a quest to head back to different outposts in the desert. In these outposts you can pick up quests to change your secondary.

Or am I misunderstanding the problem?

You should be able to get to Great Temple of Balthazar now also. Click M, and click on the boat which takes you there (Sorry if you know this already). There is a profession changer there who will now talk to you and allow you to change secondary professions. Although, you will have to pay for eah change. You can do the quests for secondary change for free in the desert (mes, Ele, necro, ranger in your case) but for the others para, derv, rit & sin you'll have to py him.

Once you can change your secondary, don't forget to go back to some of the old areas (Ascalon outposts, Yak's Bend). You will be offered profession-specific quests you couldn't get before that will give you more free skills for the new secondaries. For example, there are mesmer and necro quests in Sardelac Sanitarium.

If you aren't afraid of possible spoilers (if you are careful there shouldn't be one), can you use gwwiki to find out where to go next if you're lost. http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Missions_(Prophecies) shows a list of all missions and primary quests in prophecies.

A little caution: avoid double-posts, not to mention tripple-posts, mods usually don't like it (And it is a bit annoying when a thread is longer than it has to be due to double-posts).

Did you make it to the temple? If so he doesn't have a name - just 'Profession Changer', and he is up the stairs. You'll see a merchant and rune guy to the right and he is further up - left hand side I believe.

Also, it's a good idea to do all the quests for secondary professions as others suggested because even if you never use them you will unlock skills for your heroes.
