PC on req6 gold bow

I got an interesting drop the other day. It was a req6 gold insc bladed recurve bow. Damage is not max (11-19), but has a 20/19 sundering mod, +1markmanship 20& chance and "don't think twice" insc. Curious if it might be worth something to a collector, would appreciate any help.

Merch it... Low req weapons that are so much off max are not worth anything.
