Here I am again, pestering you all for help.
This time it's a pretty blue staff with crappy mods. xD
Let me wander over to my Xunlai chest and I'll enlighten you. :]

Required 11 Soul Reaping [I know, buzzkill. :/]
Swift head [9%]
"To the pain!" [+14% -10AL]
Deathbane wrapping. [19%]

I'd re-mod it, but I've run into a lack of staff parts since Budger went out of buisness. xD All I have is an insightful head, and I doubt that'd make it more appealing.

Any ideas on a value would be greatly appreciated. :]
