Pls i need an info !!!

I just got Guild Wars Prophecies and succesfully installed it. After the installation it started updateing. Problem is the update process is very slow. It starts fast but then Dl speed declines and stays at 8-9kb/s. My gw.dat file has 2.63 gb, how much more do i need to download?

Mine is 3.6 gb with the 4 games, so i think you are near the end.

You can't really increase the speed you will download it without like changing you internet speed or the quality of your computer. You just have to accept that it will be slow. Go play xbox while you wait.

And if i get and install Eye of the north, will it update it a bit?

i believe with EotN it should be updated a bit more, nothing else you can do but wait really.

mine is over 5gb lol (it got corrupted about a week ago)

udate speeds depends on your computer and internet spped, only thing to do is to just go do something else and wait (or -image do it over night)

The download is the whole thing - all three campaigns and EotN - every static (never changing) part of the game. Anything that changes (characters, etc.) is kept on ANet servers. You will never go through this again unless you need to install on another computer (and if you transfer your .dat file, you can skip it then also).

From now on, you will only have very short downloads from updates.
