I'm looking to buy, depending on how much.

I'd like a PC on a q12 and q13 Eternal Blade. Since no one sells them un-perfect, the PC would be for a perfect modded sword of each of these requirements.

r12 is around 70-80e.....i'd say r13 10-15 less
