I agree with Snograt. It's probably around 15 minutes longer than a typical, well-executed B/P run. On the other hand, it would take several B/P runs to get that many greens.
Also, I used Discord instead of Sab, but it appears they both work.

because I'm working on a 2nd acct, and wouldn't mind some greens to thrown on heroes, I rolled through this as spirit spammer rit, discordway, and 2 monk + 2 ele henches. Only trouble spot was the start of level 3, at the first corner of the square (the right one if you point forward from the spawn point), but I backed away, let the minions take all aggro and back off to do some rezzing.
Yep, flagged the heroes to the back when I got to the Darknesses (woot at grabbing that Z bounty when it was up a week or 2 back), and got all the green drops. Went faster than any pug I've been on, back in the day when that was the place to be. Was fun just for nostalgic times, but the drops there suck.
edit: I like that team setup because it's fast and aggressive. I flag heroes back, set spirits then pull, unflag heroes so minions come up, when minions aggro and pull back a bit more so any meteors don't hit party members, and just let loose with the magics with a minion/spirit offensive line protecting the pocket.
