Faction Only Skils And Heroes

Hello,
I am sorry to disturb you guys but I am in search for enlightenment, I recently acquired some very basic Deldrimor Skills (Boxing ones) and I was wondering if my heroes where able to learn such skills that are tied to a rank in a given faction (Luxon-Kurzick;Ebon Vanguard-Asura-Norn-Deldrimor Dwarves) and if yes might you tell me where?

As far as I know, the PvE only skills are limited to players except those of the sunspear rank which can be purchased with hero skill points in Kamadan or the Sunspear Great Hall.

Skills linked to a title can only be used by players. Heroes cannot equip these skills.

The Sunspear PvE skills are obtained with hero skill points, but heroes cannot use them.

I was thinking of the non-sunspear skills that you can get from those trainers. Which are available for hero use.
