Why doesn't the scroll traders want to buy my scrolls? They doesn't accept blue nor golden scrolls...

Where can I sell it (exept the merchant, as he gives bad pricing)?

it only accepts gold scrolls, select the scroll and request quote

Oh, I missed the request quote part.

So I am unable to sell blue scrolls to anyone but the merchant and other players, but other players will not be intrested as they can get golden ones more easy?

Yeah blues are merchant fodder unless you want to use them them yourself

Save your blue scrolls for fast leveling on your low levels.

I have a friend that is usually making new toons all the time to go for Survivor so I just give him all of my scrolls. Ask around your guild and see if anyone can make use out of them. If not, just merch them.
