Reguarding the Hall of Monuments

Yes, it will. As long as your hall is maxed out for your account, each of your "Kind of a big deal" characters can charm a rainbow Pheonix.

To answer ops question, To get the rainbow pheonix does not require a full hall but require's that char to have 10 maxed titles so hope this help and all the best to your titles

Here is how I did it....I charmed a Rainbow Phoenix on my Necro who has more that 10 maxxed titles and then put it in the pet menagerie (sp)....then I was able to charm it with my ranger who does not even have 5 maxxed titles.

It HAS to be on 1 char (Anet massively failed /w their supposed "HoM Upgrade" last update, I was really hoping they'd have the foresight to make the title account based.)

Once a single char caps the phoenix, take it to the zaishen menagerie in the battle isles and donate it to the zaishen, which will allow all your other chars to cap and train one.

QFF. (Quoted for Falsehood) To find a Rainbow Pheonix in your hall of monuments one of two conditions must be met:

1) You must be at least Rank 2 in the "Kind of a big deal" title track (10 maxed titles) and enter the HoM alone.

OR

2) You must be at lest rank one in the "Kind of a big deal" title track (5 maxed titles), have a maxed out hall of monuments* and enter the HoM alone.

* Maxed out in this case means one where each display cannot show more than it currently is... i.e. 5 heroes/pets, 5 titles, 5 elite armor sets, 20 minipets + destroyer/torment weapons. I personally found that the weapons display need not be maxed, as I only had 3 in there and still found the pheonix.

JUST having kind of a big deal is not sufficient.

I know you need the title r1 on one character, I'm asking if i can fill my hall with armor and weapons from a different character instead of 5 prestige armor's from one character, cause that's a waste.

Thanks to everyone who posted so far, kinda worried about buying armor for other characters as of this moment still, keep posting if you know the correct answer.

Once again, you can find the Rainbow Pheonix there if you have rank 1 KoBD and if your HoM is maxed. So if you have 5 different elite armors shown (whether they be all from one char or 1 from 5 different chars, etc.) then your HoM is considered to be maxed for elite armors. I know this from personal experience, as I recently did exactly this to get my Rainbow Pheonix and have no character with 10 maxed titles... I play 10 of my characters pretty much equally and don't spend tons on any one of them.
