More and more I find myself attracted to the PvP side of the game, so I quit my mostly PvE guild (a very wonderful guild so this wasn't done lightly) so I could pursue the PvP aspects of GW more thoroughly.
So here's me:
Female over 21, chatty, friendly and silly. I have HM unlocked on all campaigns, as well as all skill packs etc... unlocked, have mic with both vent and TS. TA unlocked but still practicing in RA. Would like to do HA and GvG very badly. I've done a lot of AB, JQ and FA, but the losey-goosey aspects bother me. There's no coherence in the teams. Good or bad, I like strong leadership although if I'm confident about what I'm doing, I can take the initiative.
My play style is mostly mid/back line. I have a fast connection and machine so I've gotten good at interrupting with my ranger and anticipating spells. I also play eles, necros and monks, although I'm still in the learning stage with the monk. I did unlock TA playing the monk.
But... (big but) I have no glad title, I'm not super experienced. So why would a PvP guild want me? What's the upside for someone willing to take the plunge and bring me in? The upside is I come with NO baggage. I don't have a particular play style that I'm locked into and I listen to people with more experience. In this game I have no ego. I'm a blank slate. A slate for you to mold to your guild's style, to teach to train into the perfect PvP teammate who will have your back and listen. Tell me to run a certain build? You'll get no argument from me. Tell me that I'm not so good at something? Instead of QQing or /ragequit I'll go out and practice until I rock. That's just the kind of personality I have. Very very laid back. I don't like to lose, but I won't freak out either. A loss is an opportunity to learn, not a time to point fingers.
As for the PvE aspect, I don't want to entirely ignore that. I like to do HM stuff (not really interested in NM). FoWsc. UW trapping (which rocks, btw). Dungeons. I have a 'sin which I'm set up to do UWsc, but haven't mastered it yet.
Well, that's enough blah blah blah. IGN: usually Banner Woodsprite (ranger), but lately I've been practicing on my PvP monk Angel B Healing.
