hi
like the title says, when i try to login i get can't connect to login server and the error code is 058. i checked and error 058 is about the ports but the weird thing is even when i open the ports and i check with an online port checker it seems closed. once every 30 minutes or so i can login and then it freezes on loading or it loads and i get 10,000+ ping and i get disconnected error 007 a few seconds after...
i don't have a firewall and my av is not detecting guild wars as malicious. my guess is its my ISP which is 012 Golden Lines in Israel. please confirm
can't connect to login server

Does your modem/router have an on-board firewall on it?
many modem/router's have these.. if your modem/router has one and it's on, try completely disabling it to see if this resolves the issue for you. (not just doing port opening, or port forwarding.. disable the onboard firewall completely)
If you have no PC firewall, but an online port checker is saying the ports are closed.. it's suggesting possibly something to do with the modem/router imo - likely an onboard firewall..
Also, if your on a windows machine, try disabling Windows Firewall if it's on.
Another thing, have you tried port forwarding? (or is that what you refer to as opening the ports?).. go:
http://www.portforward.com/
pick your modem/router, locate Guild Wars in the list.. and follow the instruction's there.
