Hi guys!

I'm looking for some tables of skill animations, skill symbols and target auras, to learn to recognize the skills used by ally/enemies looking directly at the characters. I've tried to search for "skill animation" "skill symbol" "animation table" on the guru but i didn't find anything.

Here's what i've found on the net:
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Guild...lls_animations
http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Casting_Symbol

1.The skill animation portal is quite nice even if incomplete.

2.The casting symbol wiki page shows only the symbols that appear on the top of the head of the caster, but not those that appear on the top of the head of the target (like Protective Spirit)..do you know where i can find a table of the latter symbols?

3.I didn't find any table of target auras..i can only find the target auras of conditions on wiki but not those of some enchantments (for example, the target aura of Guardian is a blue ring which surrounds the target chest)..again, do you know where i can find those tables?

Thank you very much guys^^

over 400+skills to learn just by animation. it would be termendously easier to learn the area and foe. BUT it could be that you just wanna learn the skills by lookin at them(which works, i do the same with my car instead of lookin at my RPM's i listen to the engine lol) so i cant help yout with and table or animations for the skills.

Yes i understand what you are saying, but i was thinking about PvP, and i want to learn the animations of the most used skills to be able to react faster and be aware of what's going on in the battlefield..i haven't enough memory to remember all the animations

thank you, however, for the reply

Enchantments have a circular aura and one rotating profession icon in the aura that slowly circles which matches the "color" of the enchantment's profession. The shape and color of the icon was the same for both Protective Spirit and Guardian, and there was only one icon per profession even when both were on the same target. Enchantments from multiple professions create one icon/profession that circles in the opposite direction than the preceding one. I don't know if the direction of the rotation signifies which profession enchantment is "on top." Hope that helps.

edit: Tested more. I can't discern a pattern to the rotation. Sometimes the icons spin in the same direction. The aura is the same; it never changed. Tested ~15 monk enchants; all have the same icon.

The best place to see these effects is in the game.

Remember, if someone is casting, they will be facing whoever they are casting "on" when they perform the casting animation, be it ally or enemy. If you see the casting icon for say, Prot Spirit (many-armed goddess iirc), do a quick check at the direction the Monk is casting, and you should see the target of his/her spell, not to mention the enchantment ring/aura form around them.
