It's not rare and easy to get, most creatures/chests in mirror of lyss has a chance to drop it. 2 VQ and one is bound to drop.
req 9 = 40k-75k, buyers/seller prices greatly vary
req 10 = 35k-45k I've seen it go more but with little to no luck
req 11 = 30k-35k at this point most of these I've seen caster modded, warriors don't favor this tiny axe.
req 12 = 15k-30k Mostly depends how fast the person wants it gone.
req 13 = 5k-20k At this point people just want to get rid of them without merching it.
