WTB Koi Scepter

Not a commonly sought item, and I don't see any listed anywhere on the Auction site or the sell forum. I'll be somewhat specific in what I want in it, but will take close items to what I seek.

Required: This is an absolute, if it doesn't have these, don't offer.

1) Requirement in Illusion Magic
2) 2 mods (the mods will be discussed below)

Variable: These can vary, I'm not too particular, but I'll list what I WANT.

1) Require 9 Illusion is what I'd prefer, but I'll accept up to 11. Req 12 or higher I won't consider.
2) One mod MUST be Half Recharge on Illusion Magic Spells (20% is what I want, I'll accept 19%, nothing less).
3) The second mod can be one of 2 things, but if it isn't the first, I will pay much less. 20% (19% is acceptable) Half Casting Time of Illusion Magic Spells is my first choice. Second choice would be +5 energy while health is above 50%.

So, the 'perfect' item would be:

Koi Sceptor
11-22 Chaos Damage (req 9 Illusion Magic)
Halves Recharge of Illusion Magic Spells (20%)
Halves Casting Time of Illusion Magic Spells (20%)

Finding one with 2 inherent mods to my liking won't be easy. Although I don't see this as an item in high demand, I'll pay well for it.

20/20 Req 9 = 100k
20/19 req 9 = 80k
19/20 req 9 = 80k
19/19 req 9 = 60k
20/+5 req 9 = 40k

Req 10 will drop the price by 10k from the req 9 version and req 11 will drop the price by 20k from the req 9 version.

If the prices I am offering are way off base, only tell me if I am offering too little. I may be willing to raise the amount if I am told a reasonable reason to go higher. I'll check here at least weekly, but most likely daily. If you want, you can also contact me in game, or through a PM on these forums.
