Dear Arena-net,
Incase you don't know this already, there are three bars that are way to overpowered in the PvP meta. Two of which have been around for quite awhile, and one that just came back (and is more powerful than it used to be).
The first one, most GvGers know, is Bloodspike... or as it should be called today, Bloodspam. Bloodspike uses all life stealing skills, which in turn makes your protection monk completely useless. It also doesn't help that the necros have a constant +10 pips of health thanks to Vampiric Spirit plus Dark Escape so it's even harder to spike one plus "Incoming!" and "Fall Back!". The major skill that allows them to spam all there skills is Angorodon's Gaze... without it there build would be crippled somewhat.
Currently there is only two ways of beating this build (atleast two that i have only seen). One is to play them 8v8, spread out, and hope your infuser can handle it. The other is to run them around the map trying to kill there NPCs and Guild Lord before they kill yours. Overall it's the hardest gimmick to beat, and even top guilds have trouble beating. I use to not have a problem with this when it was 7 necros and a monk. However, times have change and now a para/mes with blackout is part of the build. And what's worse is that some guilds are playing it just to farm champ points. [GoaT] is a good example of this. I have no clue how it should be nerfed, but it's needs to be nerfed... and nerfed hard.
The second is Mind Blast Eles. Mainly the ones with Distortion. The biggest problems with this build is Mind Blast, so they can have lots of energy and it's a spamable skill, and Distortion, allowing them to block for 4 seconds with only 1 second of it being down. Mind Blast eles would be rather easy to nerf but not completely destroy.
What I propose is that Mind Blast's recharge be increased to 5 seconds and Distortion be changed to "For x seconds you have a 75% of block attacks. Whenever you block an attack this way, you lose 2 Energy or Distortion ends. All your non mesmer skills are disabled for 10 seconds."
The third has come back to HA the past couple of days. Escape Rangers using daggers. The August update buffed sin skills so assassin could come back to the PvP world. However, I've seen rangers with escape using daggers more than i have seen sins.
They are able to dish out lots of damage, block, and have a pretty constant speed buff. They also have 100 armor vs elemental damage, which HA has always had a place for Eles. So it would be simple to control this before it gets too out of hand. Change escape to if it's used all non ranger skills are disabled for 10 seconds.
Please keep the flaming at a minimal but feel free to add your thoughts on this.

If you're going to complain about things here, you're going to have to suggest solutions.
And if you're going to complain about things here, you should take care to only be suggesting one (main) idea per thread.
And if you're going to complain about things that have been (obvious) problems for weeks or months now, you should probably start up conversation in an existing thread rather than a new one.
Also, yes, PvP has imbalance. Yes, they are (read: should be) working on it. No, your suggestions aren't good.

Distortion is fine. The only actual problem with that bar is Mind Blast. Giving it a 4 or 5 second recharge should fix the infinite energy problem without completely killing the skill.
Bloodspam isn't to difficult to beat. Have your ranger sit on the shutdown character and constantly call spikes, they have one monk to hold up 8 squishies.
Escape is a retarded skill, but the new Sway isn't that difficult to beat. Ignore the rangers (unless you have an earth ele or cripshot), wand the trappers, and kill the E/Rts. Keeping the spirits down also helps quite a bit.
