Hi, since awhile, GW high quality don't seem to work on my computer anymore. When I max it out, it appears as it was low quality. Any options look the same. Any idea what could be the issue?

Assuming that it worked before...try updating your video card drivers first.

Could be a bad graphics card. Could also be as simple as re-seating the graphics card in it's slot. If it's "integrated graphics", it could be bad main RAM.
Could be overheating - is the fan running on the card? Is it full of dust bunnies?
