ok i think this is glitched (14-28 q9 gold) if it isnt ive never seen it b4. im wondering how much its worth if it is glitched. i assume its wirthless if it is infact not glitched.
not glitched, 14-28 is just not max damage.
Max damage is 15-28, so the majority of the community would consider it merch food.
maybe a hero could use it, but other than that its worthless.
