Detailed 55 Monk Help

As some of you may have noticed, "55" is too short of a word for search to pick up and "monk" is too common. Is there any thread that someone has made here that explains ENTIRELY how to make (skill breakdown, items, armor) a 55 monk and use (Solo UW, 2 Man UW w/ SS Necro, etc) a 55 monk? If not could someone please make a thread doing so (maybe even pin it)? Please help
