ok so i made a survivor player and he is lvl 16.

now i was in a run and the runner died so he to me to resign, its mean i have lost my survivor title? becuase its looks like i have died.

type /deaths and see if you have died before.

/resign doesnt count to deaths
also cinametic deaths dont count (like in some faction missions)
enviromental deaths dont count (like the bell falling down in diggings mission, not 100% sure about all the bolders in gwen)
Anyway the link they gave you kinda gave it all.

and before you ask it, death's count increase also if you die in PvP
