LF Hardcore Title Farming Alliance

So with GW2 news out, I've finally found the motivation to farm those blasted titles. Looking for a competent guild that regularly does:

-vanquishes
-hm missions
-hm dungeons
-farmable/rep based titles

-I'll be title farming on my monk only, which has every area tagged, all 4 campaigns finished, willing to use a mic, and can run any build.
-I have no preference concerning running gimmick or balanced builds, whatever works better. Though if something new/experimental doesn't work after 1 or 2 tries, don't be too stubborn or proud to switch over to time proven methods.
-Either a large, active guild, or very cooperative alliance. If the guild typically doesn't do things with the alliance, then maybe 15 people on average, ~20 or more at peak hours.
-I'm willing to help with zones I've already finished as well, so it'll be mutually beneficial for the guild too.
-I'm a full time college student and got a part time job to boot, so my playing time is rather sparse, but I'm planning to put in several hours a week - evenings PST anywhere from 6 pm to 2 am.

Preferably, I'll be able to log in whenever, grab a full party or get in one in under 15 minutes (rather than 2 hours waiting for people), vanquish a map or hm mission, and log off. Mature players would be fantastic, but if I have to deal with kids or elitests to get the job done, as long as they know what they're doing and are free when I am, so be it.
