Primary quest problem?

I just traveled to kryta from another campaign, but I don't have a primary quest, I have talked to that white mantle man, but there isn't a quest in my log!

All Prophecies and Factions missions start by clicking on the Enter Mission (or Start Mission, don't remember) button, unlike Nightfall and EotN missions, which start talking to a NPC.

You have to talk to Armen the Guide in Lion's Arch to get the primary quest if you wish to start the quest line, otherwise you'd just do missions till the end without the quests, but IMO the quests help.
