Jarge looks for Euro HA guild

Hi, I'm Jarge and I'm a pvpaholic.
I'm looking for a midrange HA guild that's focusing on winning halls, not expecting some uber guild that holds halls regularly (like Keys, Atomic Warriors etc.) but a guild that has ambition and isn't afraid to try something new.
I would especially prefer a guild that's focusing on running a strong balanced team. I can play gimmick builds as much as the next guy, but I would prefer a guild that is trying to focus on holding halls.

Other than standard bow rangers I can play pretty much any profession.

I am an experienced front/midliner and can call to a certain degree. I also dabble in infuse monking, but don't expect miracles.
My main professions that I can play to a high standard are Warrior, Elementalist, Dervish and Ritualist.

I can also play Punisher mesmers (like VoR etc.) but I can't really rupt anything below a 1 second cast time (hence not playing ranger).
I can play any build whatsover given a couple of runs to familiarise myself with the build.

I have all skills and items unlocked. I also have vent/ts and a mic, and am always vocal (as I feel it's important).

I have rank 6 Hero title and experience in all maps in HA, I've also won and held halls around 15-20 times in my time HAing.

I'm looking for a guild that HAs regularly (daily preferably) around early evening GMT. I can play with Americans but I try and go to bed around 2am GMT at the latest.

I am an English speaker and unfortunately can't speak any other language.
