OK I need a PC on this ASAP.... please help me out.
It is req 8 15%>50 gold, but only 5-26 dmg base.
Please let me know what this axe is worth...
upgrades that are on it are garbage and of no consequence....

Are honestly saying you'd merch a req 8 15% over 50 gold sephis because it is 2 points below max?

yes, every point of damage in this game (mainly PvP) counts, and yes 2 points off makes a difference. Im sure you may get 15-25k off a PvE player.
