I sold one for 12k not more than 3 days ago. So i would say 10-15k.

I sold a blue inscribable Ornate Buckler with the same statistics for 30K this weekend on the forums. That should be a decent PC.

sold a same stat Wooden Buckler yesterday 50k in Kamadan (seller's offer)...so fetching 30k shouldn't be a problem

Ye , r7 15 Al tact shields sell for 20k+ . About 50k+ if its a great skin but that is not .
