Guild Registrar out of id dist question

since they took the guild registrat out of international districts, this means no more "multi language" guilds? if not, what did this do?

There never was a Guild Registrar in International districts as a Guild can't be labelled as "International" but instead must be registered to one of the regions ( eg Europe, America, Korean, Taiwan, Japan ). This is (or at least used to) be determined by the location of the district where the Guild was created. To my knowledge, International has never been an option.

Check your facts before posting Tasha. One of the items listed for the update of August 6, 2009 was "Removed Guild Registrar from Ascalon City International Districts."
But, like the OP, I can only guess why this was done. Maybe it was just an oversight so they removed it, or maybe, as he suggests it was done to prevent multi-language guild names.

one could make a guild with asian characters with an asian account(taiwan/japan/korea)
so i don't think that's the case

Scratch that first post, i found out the problem: guilds cant be created in kamadan or LA for some reason, kaieneng (spelling lolz?) is the only place tht the create button turned green ( exact guild name and tag in all three places).
