Does the complete collection includes 1 key for each game or 1 key for all?

One key for all games. If you add that key to an existing account it will not wipe any of your characters.

But if i add just the key to add one game i can use to add on another account the remaining?

No, the collection comes with just one key, to unlock an account with all campaigns. So you cannot just add say Factions to your account and then use the rest to make a new one.

that one key unlocks everything so you cant unlock just one or two campaigns, it always unlocks all three of them.

If you then use that key on an account where you already have 2 of the 3 games, will the duplicate games then give you more character slots? or is it just a waste?

Where I got mine, arrived within a week and was pretty cheap so give it a look.

Does play.com even ship to the states? I was was in the checkout filling out the shipping address and there was no option for USA.

If you use a Complete collection key, whether you're making a new account, or adding to an existing account, you'll still end up with the same setup, and same number of slots

The only difference is if you add the key to existing accounts, your existing characters will have access to the areas you haven't had the games for previously

It's probably a waste if you have 2 or 3 out of 4 (Prophs, Factions, NF and EotN), but perhaps not if you only have 1 or 2. worth comparing the retail value of the collection verses the individual games
