I really wanted to name my pet Professor Snugglesworth after the comic (too long unfortunately):
I had two heroes whose pets were a white tiger and a bengal tiger named Deimos and Phobos after the Olympian gods Terror and Fear respectively (and the two moons of Mars for that matter).
I had a Jahai Rat named Mr. Jingles (reference to the Green Mile).
I had a lizard I named Charmander. I changed its name at level 10 to Charmeleon and of course at level 20 changed its name again to Charizard (I know I'm such a geek).

I think I've only got two pets. My assassin has had two pets, one Imperial Phoenix and one Rainbow Phoenix, both named Miu which I believe is Japanese for Beautiful Feather.
