I'm really not tech savy at all. I have a dell studio (on the back it says studio 1535). I bought the laptop for university and I'm a huge guild wars fan aswell.
I downloaded guildwars yesterday and it took awhile for everything to load, which wasn't that bad. the login screen and character selection screen run smoothly but once i pick my character to start loading it takes forever to load, that screen that appears when you change a map it starts at 0 and then wont move.
I dont know if it's because my laptop can handle it or not, or if there is some other problem.
i'm also on wireless, but i don't think that is the issue.
Please help me TT.TT
Here are the specs (I THINK theses are the ones for my laptop)

anyone? at all?
Schnellburg
well which do you have? considering 2 of the 3 have integrated graphics GW will not run too smoothly at all on those. And the 3rd has an 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570, it should run GW just fine.

I actully dont know which of those three is mine....
is there any way to find out from my laptop? ie control panel etc etc

Easy way is if they are running vista, look at the welcome screen. It usually tells you what processor and graphics card you have running. Or start, control panel, hardware, device manager, and then processor/display adapters.
