Either a plain max req 10-13; 10-14% stormbow or longbow with or without any AVERAGE mods. I won't pay more than 10k for either one of the bows (only buying one) so don't stick on that 10/9 sundering string you couldn't sell and expect me to pay for it. Generally a req 10-13 bow with around 12-13% damage with none or minimal mods should be around 7k anyway.
