I have been doing a 2 man farm in Cathedral and am the monk who stays out of aggro. I noticed that I don't get any xp at all. Even getting as close as possible to aggro circle without touching it.
Did a 3 man Shards today and noticed I got xp just fine.
What am I missing? I don't care so much for the xp except as dp removal. Can someone enlighten me as to the difference between the 2 dungeons?

Pretty sure you need to be within aggro circle to get exp.

Thank you Ariena, I tend to not do anything but hang back in Cof, but participated more in SoO. So it sounds like you don't have to be quite in aggro, but need to be active, like attacking, in order to receive xp.
