my banned accounts

i have submitted 3 or 4 tickets to guild wars support system....u see i took a vacation a couple days back and i come on and i get a code=045 saying my accounts are banned? idk what to do i have posted 3 tickets and the only help i got is the members combining the tickets and thats it i did not want this to come out to the public but the ticket system blows!! some one plz help me

There's nothing we can do. You just have to wait on support.
