I got a

Magmas Shield (req 9 str)
+1 healing prayers (19%)


this is all, but since the healing prayer mod can be usefull for monks i was wondering if it is worth anything?

merh food not max mod and o second mod and strenght no good to monk

I think i will use it in FoWsc, i dont need the health and -5/20 there, but the +1 healing prayer can be usefull
