s/b stands for starting bid?

c/o ??

b/o Stands for buy out?

c/o = current offer

b/o = buy out

I think that c/o is 'Current Offer'. -- Corrected by as stated above ^^
b/o is 'Buy out', like you said and s/b is 'Starting Bid'.

Also some people say OBO which means or best offer. Oh and you were right S/B means starting bid.

And then there is r/b too: reserve bid. This means the price they won't sell below.
