I vaguely remember a video card that made certain games 3D. But didn't get it because of $$$.
1) is it real or am I thinking of something else
2) If it is real, is it good/recomended?

I also remember a certain type of goggles, but you needed to buy a huge and expensive monitor as well to make it work, Don't know th brand.

The 3D Vision is an extra bit of kit that plugs into a compatible NVidia card
Monitor wise there's only 2 LCD monitors that are compatible

The glasses come with the kit
