I recently bought a Celestial hammer req 9 inscripable 15^50 20/20 +30hp for 17.5k. Was that a good deal? since i rly dont know how much it costs

Without mods I'd say 5k. Hammer mods are like 1k each, so I'd say it was overpaid quite a lot.
