PC on celestial weapons

I've not been playin' since 2 years so I need some PC to be back ^^'

I got :
- Ebon Celestial Hammer req 8, hp+29, +14%>50 (earth damage)
- Celestial Blade unidentified energy -5 req9
- Celestial Staff hp+30, energy +10, armor +5, halves skill charges 18%, halves skill spell 9%
-Titan gemstone (don't really know what is it, got to check on wiki).
