Hard to PC... due to req13 and 19%, but still very very rare.
I'd put it in High End and see where it goes.

It is definetly not merch but it isn't worth a lot hard to PC

70k-100k+15E imo

Sold my r9div bo 19% prot for 100k, so i'd say this should do something like that.
