Does anyone know the going rates for all customary runs? There doesn't seem to be thread for it, though I don't know if it needs one.

I would, except that I'm not looking for a runner nor do I want to advertise myself as one on these boards. What I'm hoping to find is a list of common runs and their usual price, e.g. Ascalon-LA, Beacons-Droks, extra cost for Survivor title seekers, etc.
