Cannot obtain Cry of Pain

Hi, this might seem strange... but I can't get Cry of Pain from Pikin in Kamadan. I ported my mes over from factions, but he's only offering me energy burn, wastrel's demise, and signet of clumsiness. I DO have a hero skill point.

I don't understand, do I have to be a certain rank in Sunspear to get it? My elementalist is lvl7 in Sunspear and she can't get it when I switch to Me secondary either. I can't find anything on either of the wikis to explain this... am I just missing something?

Its not under mesmer skills, its under sunspear skills I believe

The usual problem - Cry of Pain is listed under Sunspear skills, not Mesmer skills.

A lot of people make this mistake
