Looking for GvG

Hello,

my friend and I are looking for a new american GvG guild to join. It can be an english or a french guild.

-Why do we leave our current guild?
Our guild is still active and have a good and relax attitude. Unfortunately, any constructive critscism about anyone's gameplay is forbidden and dismissed as too many people strangely perceive this as an insult to their integrity. We have 5 good enough players, but also 5-6 bad players and with this attitude no one is going to improve. We are tired to lose game due to atrocities made by some players while being unable to provide feedback for them to improve.

-What are we looking for?
We would like to join an american GvG guild which is not overly competitive but still wants to be good. Players must have a good attitude and be open minded in order to improve and let/help others improve.

-Our experience
I am a flexible midliner. I am able to play/already gvged those roles: Vor mes, PB mes, BS ele, Fire ele, Water ele, FF necro, Paragon. Started playing ranger 3 weeks ago and keeps training a lot on it.
My friend is a backliner. He mostly plays an healing monk, sometimes prot monk and sometimes runner. He also started playing a water ele.
I'm G2 and he's G1. Our titles aren't high as we started playing last November. We pvp since January and GvG since March in the Warrior's Endurance / FF necro / Aegis meta. I'm at 2.4M balth faction.
We learned with our last guild that anything over rank 300 is crappy as you can have horrible players and still make it there. Still we dont mind joining any guild, only important thing is that it is relax enough and willing to improve. We like to play balanced but we even prefer byob.
