Unable to Connect to outposts

About a week ago i started to not be able to connect to outposts and zones. I do a lot of UWSC and as of recent speed booking. So i tend to zone in and out of places quite a lot. and about 66% of the time i get a load screen http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj19/JacScht/gw014.jpg like this. Sometimes it will stay like that for about 10-15 minutes before i close Guild Wars and reboot. When i took that screenshot i let it stay for maybe 5 minutes and then it showed up like this http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj19/JacScht/gw015.jpg. I then let it sit another 5 minutes and nothing. This is getting rather annoying for me and the groups and friends i do things with. So I've tried reinstalling, in fact i've done it 3 times before and again today and still have the same problem.

Is it likely my Guild Wars file or my Internet. I've ruled out my internet connection myself, because websites and videos are loading at the usual speed during this time of being unable to connect. Granted i could be wrong. If you have any ideas feel free to mention them, or if you've had this problem before I'd love to know how you fixed it.

Have you defragged your hard drive lately, and specifically your gw.dat file? www.auslogic.com offers a free version that will do that for you (way faster than the windows defrag application). It sounds as if the data needed to load those areas is scattered all over your HDD and that could be the very likely culprit in this situation.... defrag and see if that does it for you.
