Those are possibly the 2 easiest dungeons out of the lot, don't know why you're having so much trouble. Just run lots of fire AoE for snowmen and pull carefully in Fronis.

nitx A bit of bad grammar is excusable for those from foreign countries. Using thing like "U" for "You" and "2" for "To" is mainly what people dislike.

When I did Snowman HM I ran a N/Rt healer with Splinter Weapon, and two N/E's with Minions, Death Nova and Fire Magic.
Running Necro's means you can screw placing energy management on their bar, and just have about 9 SR. Fire Magic means you can easily kill the snowmen. Splinter weapon for your groups physical damage deals gives big AoE damage.
On your bar consider running something like Triple Chop, Hundred Blades or Earthshacker for big AoE damage.

On Fronis watch agro, dont try and take on too much at once. Another tip is to bind multiple keys to your last skill "Get Up" when you die, you can simply button mash these keys and you can still get back up, even after heaps of deaths.
