I finished it this morning. It stands about 11 inches tall, made of Model Magic like my other models, and the orange is black light reactive. (Third pic is with black light and no flash.) Sorry, no axe to go with it.

New pics at the top of the first post, older pics beneath for reference.
I kept staring at it yesterday trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Then I realized the arm proportions were all messed up. The forearms were too short and the upper arms were too long so he got surgery. All night while drying it looked like he was wearing elbow bandages. I swear.... I check my projects a dozen times before posting and nearly every time after I post I realize where I messed up.

Looks brilliant! It was really good before, but I think you were right about the proportions, it looks even better now The horns look fantastic, must have taken ages to get them exactly symmetrical, and a lot of detail on em too.
