I did a search but couldnt find it unless i didnt search harder

but anyways, I noticed that when i look at my armor, its nice and clean, but when i view everyone else's armor, its not as crisp and kinda fuzzy, is there a way to change it or has it always been like this?

since MRGuildBoi didn't actually answer, yes, it's always been like this, but only inside towns / outposts / etc. Once you get out into an instance, you and all those with you can see each others armor in it's fully glory. Remember, GW is 4+ years old, this was done to reduce the amount of work that the computer had to do. Obviously, things have come quite a ways since then so it's probably no longer needed, but hey, it's legacy code and they have other, more important things to do.

All has been answered in the previous posts.

Just a note, you really should dl the KS mod, (in the link from MrGuildBoi) I use it and its great. Just remember to look trough the instructions in order to turn off the UT'99 sound effects if you don't want them.

In outposts other people's armor looks lower in quality (i guess to save you frames) but using the KSMod the armor is in HQ and still dosen't lag you, so it should have been HQ from the get go but they never did it like that.
