Gladiator for random (ad previously also formed) teams of 4...
Commander was for directing heroes...
Champion for more strategic and organized battles... (well, at least that's what would be desirable, XD)

Yup. Definitely the title would be COMMANDO.
You work with what you have, you enter in random teams, you do what you can and sounds like Commander, but it's not quite like it.
