WTB Outcast Shield

Shield Image & General Information

Inscribable (from the Z-Chest, I believe it's possible) would be nice but with or without it I'd like one. If it's not inscribable, non-max mods I can't change I probably won't consider buying. I apologize.

If Strength linked; I'm not using it on a Warrior, so any req is fine with me.
If Tactics linked; I'm more interested in q9 and q10 shields, but any req will work. If you have one you'd like to sell post the shield's information and what you want for it here and I'll either contact you via this thread or in game. Thanks for taking the time to read this. =P

ive got a q9 outcast shield
+10 armor (vs demons) and +29 health
theres a thread open of mine with ppl bidding on it
but atm bids are a bit low
