What was Regina's announcement?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but what was Regina's "big announcement" at PAX? I couldn't make it since my passport was expired, but I'm sure someone could fill me in?
P.s. I used search, got nothing.

there wasn't any big announcements or reveals at PAX
just them gushing over their art and recycling the previously released information that came with the trailer

I didn't say we would have a "big announcement"... I said that there would be "some surprises". The "surprises" were: 1) premiering the Guild Wars 2 art book at PAX, and 2) giving them away for FREE at the convention.

Hi Regina,
Will the GW2 art book be out for sale soon? (I hope, I hope, I hope...)
Cheers!

Ah, okay well my knowledge of this was from word of mouth so I guess I heard incorrectly. Thanks for clearing it up.

Actually Areanet had a great booth at PAX and there was some tidbits of information about guild wars 2.
1) They gave out a great free art book with the chance to have the artists sign your book throught the weekend.
2) They had several Q & A sesions through the weekend. They talked about what was coming up with guild wars this year with the live team. They had the author of The Fall of Ascalon who answered questions about the book.
3) They had a meet and greet on Saturday night and I got to talk to some of the Areanet staff and got a guild wars 2 tshirt. The author of the Fall of Ascalon was there and I got to talk to him for quite a while. I really got the impression from the employees that they are very excited about there new game and are really listening to the fans of the game. Alot of companys don't do that.
4) They did not say too much about Guild Wars 2, I asked several when the game would release and they all said when its done. I did get one employee to say that crafters in guild wars 2 would be very happy about what there planning to do ( I am a crafter).
This weekend got me excited about Guild Wars 2. The employees at Pax were very nice, friendly, and excited about there new game.
On another note, I tried out AION and was very impressed with the game, I preordered it at PAX and plan to play it alot. So if guild wars 2 comes out in a year or so, I am happy.

I'm fairly certain I heard there would be playable demos of Guild Wars 3 at PAX.

I believe that's confirmation of GW3 being in a playable state, so I'd guess beta will start around February?
You heard it here first guys, GW3 beta in February or we burn ArenaNet to the ground!! ~>8(
(metaphorically, of course)
