Greetings!
The Expedition [XP] is a small, social community looking for a true PvX Luxon alliance that enjoys EVERYTHING that Guild Wars has to offer!
We have a unique philosophy compared to most guilds in GW, where we emphasizes the versatile and accessible design of the game as a "just pick up and play" title. Please visit our wiki page for more information about our guild's mission statement: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Guild:The_Expedition
We don't need a huge 10-guild alliances packed with 100 members each, huge weekly events, or faction farming requirements to keep our members interested in the game. Instead, the alliance will simply need to support the goals of [XP] members, including elite PvE content, such as Hard Mode and Elite Zones, and team PVP activities, such as Heroes Ascent and Guild vs Guild scrimmages, as we stake it out for Guild Wars 2.
[XP] is more of a community than a traditional guild, and its priority is focused on members’ gameplay and experience more than guild management and rules.
Some activities we would like within the alliance, but aren't limited to, are:
- Elite zones/dungeon groups, often with balanced, versatile builds, or the occasional speed clear
- GvG Scrimmages to practice Team PvP for HA and GvG
- AB and MQSC for those who wish to farm Luxon faction
(...all without burdening our members in participating if they don't want to.)
In return, we will bring any services our individual members have to offer, whether for grouping, knowledge, or pie!
