Looking for core spot in serious uk/nl/eu r500-850 GvG guild

Hello.

I am:
Dutch. 19 years of age, mature. A serious PvP/GvG player. A casual PvE player too. Who can play any non-backline position (so no healing/flagging) in GvG effectively. With a primary expertise in Ranger, also highly capable of Warrior and Mesmer. GvG experience up to rank 500, have guested for better than r100. With Vent/TS, and all the software and hardware to play competitively. Capable of speaking and understanding Dutch and English fluently. G2, but prefer wearing Pro Skillz because titles are overrated. Available for GvG sessions between 20.00 hours and 23.30 (Europe Mainland time, UK times: 7 Pm until 10.30 Pm) on a a practically daily basis, 4-5 days per week on average depending on season etcetera. Having plenty of connections (both high and mid-rank) on my friends list who can guest for GvG purposes. A patient guy, who doesn't rage. Competent in organizing, and have decent leadership, management skills. Not a tactics caller, but still able to call some stuff.
I am looking for a guild that:
Plays GvG matches competitively, and is serious about it, playing for the win. Is somewhere between rank 500 and rank 850. Has a space for me in their core team (reserving every now and then accepted, but do not want to be benchwarmer). Is Europe-based. Uses either English or Dutch as their main language. Plays GvG on a practically daily basis. Has it's own Vent/TS server. Has a nice bunch of players who are friendly and mature.
