R1 HA looking for teaching guild/guild willing to take on a nub

Hi i'm mainly Pve but have done substantial amounts of hero battles and Random arenas over my time on GW but have always found it hard to get into HA so looking for a teaching guild for HA or a guild willing to take on an R1 in HA any help would be great.
